Wrong Address

When placing an order online, it's important to double-check all the information, especially the shipping address. However, mistakes can happen, and if you realize that you have entered the wrong shipping address, don't worry. There are steps you can take to rectify the situation and ensure your package reaches the correct destination.

  1. Contact me at Prettykittyclothes@gmail.com as soon as you've noticed the error. If you can contact before the shipping label was created you can avoid the extra $5 fee.
  2. Provide your order number and explain that you need to change the shipping address.
  3. Please note there's a fee of $5 to cover the additional processing and shipping costs associated with changing the address (if original address shipping label was already created).
  4. Once the address change and $5 PayPal fee has been processed, you will receive a message with the updated shipping details.

It's important to contact me as soon as you realize the mistake to avoid the $5 fee and ensure that we can make the necessary changes before your order is shipped. Once the package has been shipped with the wrong address it'll be shipped back to Prettykittyclothes and you'll be asked to pay the fee to reship.

Please keep in mind that the $5 fee is necessary to cover the additional expenses incurred in updating the address. This includes administrative costs and potential shipping carrier fees.

Defective or Broken Products

I take pride in hand making each individual item but sometimes that means human error that I might not have personally caught before shipping it out. If you have any issues with your item please reach out to me with pictures and a description. I will cover the shipping costs ship the defective item back to me and I'll ship out a new replacement. I don't want to ever make you feel like you've been scammed by a small business.

Lost Packages

While I cannot control the postal service, I understand that lost packages can be frustrating. If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me at PrettyKittyClothes@gmail.com. I will work with you to resolve the issue but I cannot do much besides recommend contacting your local post office and requesting package insurance.
